Orange County, CA – Choral Arts Initiative is happy to welcome Michelle De Castro as their newly appointed Communications & Patron Services Director. Michelle is a recent graduate from California State University, Fullerton where she studied both Music and Communications. She brings several years of experience developing and implementing communications campaigns. Michelle has worked with a variety of clients ranging from film and television, sports, digital media, and theatre. She is most excited to return to her musical roots and work with CAI.
Michelle joins CAI as their new Communications & Patron Services Director where she hopes to help further their growing communications efforts and serve as liaison between CAI and their patrons. Michelle comments, “I hope to be able to utilize my understanding of music and education with that of my public relations skills to help provide and implement high quality communications for the community on behalf of CAI.”
Brandon Elliott, Founder & Artistic Director of Choral Arts Initiative, adds: “Creating this new position and having Michelle join the CAI family further illuminates our focus on community partnerships and cultivating real, personal relationships with our guests and patrons. We are all excited to welcome Michelle!”
This addition of a new Communications & Patron Services Director couldn’t have come at a better time for CAI as they gear up for their upcoming 2015 season, beginning with their first performance, A Lover’s Journey, on Feb. 22, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Mark Presbyterian Church in Newport Beach.
